Update document-asset assignments
Replaces all asset assignments for a document. Assets in the list will be assigned; assets not in the list will be unassigned. Empty array = no-op.
Access restricted to roles:
- admin
- manufacturer-admin
- manufacturer-user
- producer-admin
- producer-user
